The City of Rolling Hills had the following real estate market activity for single family residences during the 1st quarter of 2019
Propeties for Sale as of 3/31/2019: 15: 40% decrease over this time last year. 5 homes were sold during the 1st quarter of 2019.. This equates to a 3 month supply. 4 homes are in escrow as of the end of March
Average List Price at 6/30/19: $5.0 million Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $5.8 million which fluctuates widely due to ths limited number of sales.
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $1,124 per sq. ft. This number fluctuates greatly based upon the small number of sales per quarter and was distorted by the sale of a large estate for $15,4 million.
Properties that sold during the quarter were at an average of 90% of List Price and took approx. 2 months to sell.
