Rolling Hills 3rd Quarter 2018 Real Estate Market Report

The City of Rolling Hills had the following real estate market activity for single family residences during the 3rd quarter of 2018

 

 Horses

Propeties for Sale as of 9/30/2018: 23: 8% decrease over this time last year. 5 homes were sold during the 3rd quarter of 2018.. This equates to a 14 month supply.  2 homes are in escrow as of the end of September.

 

Average List Price at 9/30/18: $4.9 million   Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $3.9 million 

 

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $ 865 per sq. ft. This number fluctuates greatly based upon the small number of sales per quarter.

 

Properties that sold during the quarter were at an average of 97% of List Price and took approx. 3 months to sell.
