I have recently provided design advice and renovation supervision on a major property renovation prior to it's listing at 3064 Martingale Dr. in Rancho Palos Verdes. The following is a description of the work performed:
Removed some overhead cabinets in the kitchen between the kitchen dining area and the kitchen which tended to make the kitchen feel cramped. Also refaced all cabinets and painted them white:

Removed upper cabinets and painted remainig accent beam contrasting grey and added new cabinets on either end of opening as well as refaced all remaining cabinets and added new cabinet handles. Repainted all surfaces white to brighten up the area.

Removed upper cabinets to open up kitchen and repainted all walls and ceilings as well as added new engineered hardwood floors throughout the house.
Existing vanity in master bath was only a single vanity

Replaced single vanity with double sinks and added soaker tub

New modern shower with rain fixture and new tile flooring and new decking outside

Newly painted fireplace hearth and stone surround around fireplace and bedroom door
Additional improvements included complete renovation of all existing bathrooms, new paint , carpet and engineered hardwood flooring throughout with a modern unifying color palet emphasizing bright colors and subdued grey tones.
