Rolling Hills August 2016 Real Estate Market Report

The City of Rolling Hills had the following real estate market activity for single family residences during August 2016:

 

Properties Sold: 2

Properties for Sale as of 8/31/16: 26  Sales have been averaging 2 homes sold per month over the last 3 months. This equates to approx. 13 months of inventory. 2 homes are in escrow as of the end of August. 

 

 
 
Average List Price at 8/31/16: $6.3 million
 
Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $4.0 million
 

 

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $ 714 per sq. ft. , about 14% lower than the comparable period last year.

 

 
 

 

Properties sold at an average of 91% of List Price and took approx. 2 to 4 months to sell over the last 3 months
