The City of Rolling Hills Estates Real Estate Market, including the unincorprated area known as Palos Verdes Peninsula adjacent to the City, had the following real estate activity during the first quarter of 2016.
The number of homes for sale at the end of March of 15 homes is the same as the same time last year. The average number of homes sold per month in the 1st quarter of 5 is 12% lower than the comparable quarter last year.This equates to 3 months inventory. At the end of March there were 14 homes in escrow, however.
