Properties for Sale as of 7/31/2013: 17 ( equal to a bit less than 2 months inventory based upon average monthly sales of 10 for the last 3 months). The number of homes for sale is down approx. 11% from a year ago and down 29% since peaking at 24 homes for sale in April after averaging only 9 homes on the market for the previous 4 months.
