Average List Price at 6/30/12:  $4.3 million

Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 2nd Qtr:   $ 565 per sq. ft. , a 5% increase from last quarter.  Due to the relatively low number of homes sold during the quarter, the average price per sq. ft. for homes sold is highly dependent on the size of the homes sold during the period.   Smaller homes tend to sell at a higher rice per sq. ft.
