How Not To Market a Home for Sale Check out these photos !!!

It is amazing to me the photos that some realtors post to their listings.  The following are photos for a very nice home in Rancho Palos Verdes that was recently marketed for sale. It was originally listed for $1.2 million,  took over a year to sell, and finally sold for just $918,000.   I wonder why ???


I mean, really,  couldn't the listing agent have helped out a little and pick up the place before posting these pictures ????

WoW! I wish that I could print photos like this and go to the seller and be like, "Would you buy this house?" Sometimes I wonder if the sellers ever look up their listings to see what their marketing looks like.

Wow....for very little effort at all, that home could have shown so much better. Guess the seller didn't care how much it sold for? Unbelieveble.

This may be one of those rare cases where no photo is better than these..I mean could be trailer house for what is seen here.
