Marineland Reunion this Saturday

There will be a reunion this Saturday Sept. 25th of former employees of Marineland as well as anyone else who would like to attend and reminice about the wonderful days at the former Marineland.  The event will be held at the Terranea Resort at the former Marineland site with events beginning at 1:00.  There will also be a lunch buffet at the Admiral Risty restaurant. Throughout the Day

· Self-Guided walk illustrating Marineland places of interest

· Videos of Marineland looping all afternoon outside the Palos Verdes Ballroom (near the Palos Verdes Terrace and Lawn)  along with displays of memorabilia and information from local groups of interest.

1:00 PM

· Seal release with the Marine Mammal Care Center at the Cove with complimentary arts & crafts for kids and an interactive mock rescue of an animal

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

· Jazz concert on the Meadows produced by Freedom 4U ($10 ticket price is donation to the charity)

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

· Happy Hour at Nelson's

Snacks and drinks available all afternoon on the Ballroom Terrace
