New Condos under Construction- 927 Deep Valley Drive

A new condominium project at 927 Deep Valley Drive Rolling Hills Estates is currently under construction. Grading and slope reinforcement is currently underway by Anastasi Development Company which has constructed several other condo projects on Deep Valley Drive including the adjacent 901 Deep Valley Drive Rolling Hills Villas 55+ condos, and the soon to be completed La Collina condos at 627 Deep Valley Drive adjacent to the Promenade at the Peninsula shopping center.

 

The new condo development is located between the Post Office and the Rolling Hills Villas condos and occupies the former site of a medical office building.

Plans call for 75 condo units with 2,000 sq. ft. of ancillary ground floor retail space with amenities including a pool. Units are from 1 to 3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 832 to 1,442 sq. ft. Construction is expected to take approx. 2 years.
