My Company Has A New Name !!

Remax Estate Properties, Palos Verdes, CA 90274

Remax Palos Verdes Realty is now RE/MAX Estate Properties. There were three different company names (Remax Palos Verdes Realty, Remax Execs and Remax Beach Cities) for my 600 fellow company agents and now we are all united under one name – RE/MAX Estate Properties. Below is a portion of the newspaper article announcing the change.

RE/MAX offices in the South Bay and Westside of Los Angeles are owned and operated by the Sanders Family. With the 13 residential and 2 commercial real estate offices and 600 agents servicing a far reaching region, stretching from San Pedro to Beverly Hills, a name change was in order to unite and brand the Company. RE/MAX Estate Properties was chosen as a global name to be used with a local presence and to create a one brand identity among the many different Los Angeles County neighborhoods serviced.

The RE/MAX brand is synonymous with professionalism and dedicated to excellence. In an effort to seize this distinction from its peers, RE/MAX Estate Properties’ offices are not only changing names, but are going mobile. The company has developed a new robust website at www.RealEstateLosAngeles.com <http://www.RealEstateLosAngeles.com> , which is full of current local information accessible from your Smartphone, new social media platform, new print material and new signs and other new marketing tools for their agents.

“The RE/MAX Collection” is the company’s new luxury division. Developed for well appointed fine homes, luxury estates and properties of distinction, The RE/MAX Collection is a way to differentiate these higher end properties.

RE/MAX Estate Properties has a new vision-one name-one brand-one identity. The Company services many geographical areas and with the multiple names, there was confusion among consumers and within the Real Estate industry. Understanding the power of branding, RE/MAX Estate Properties realized that a consistent message to the consumer is important so the Company has taken the necessary steps to move forward and be the one brand that consumers will turn to, especially in the luxury markets.
